You can reset your password at any time by clicking on the 'Lost your password?' link underneath the sign in form. You will be asked to validate this change by email
What happens if I change my email address?
Login using your old email address, and then go to your profile. You can change your email address there.
If you have forgotten your password and no longer have access to your old email address, the easiest thing to do is create a new account. However, if you ever purchased songs from us, you need to
contact us to resolve it.
How quickly do the songs arrive?
We do not send your songs until your payment has cleared, so please keep this in mind if paying by Bank Transfer (including the bank transfer option of PayPal). If you choose to download your song, then you can do so instantly and the speed that it arrives obviously depends on the speed of your internet connection.
If you choose to have your song emailed to you, then it should arrive within a few minutes (although typically within a few seconds).

Unfortunately this is a bug with certain versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer 5. For this reason, you must remember to * RIGHT CLICK * the link provided to you and select 'SAVE TARGET AS...', and then you should find your download will work.
Otherwise, please use the 'email' option instead to have the songs emailed to you.
My emailed song hasn't arrived yet
Firstly, check that you haven't gone over your quota with your email account. There are 2 options - you can try downloading the song again and you won't be charged any additional credits. Or you can click on the 'My Songs' link at the top of every page. This will give you a list of all the songs you have downloaded and gives you the option of re-emailing them. If this still doesn't work, please let us know.
This MIDI file plays strangely on my equipment
We supply three types of MIDI file:
- XG, which plays well on Yamaha equiment
- GS, which plays well on Roland equipment
- GM, which plays well on almost all equipment.
If you have downloaded a MIDI which is not designed for your equipment then unfortunately it is quite likely that it will sound odd. For this reason we provide demos of all our MIDIs so please make sure to listen to them before downloading.
Improving our catalogue to provide MIDIs in all three standards is currently our top priority.
Do you have this song?
Our entire catalogue is online on the
"Our Catalogue" page. If you don't see the song you are looking for, then unfortunately we do not sell it. You can always request a new song to be sequenced, and if it is in enough demand, we will make it.

Firstly, you should feel safe in making a Credit Card transaction with us. The transaction is secured for your privacy by the strongest encryption technology available, 128bit, and no records are kept of your credit card details. However, there are still several other options available which can be seen at the time of checkout, including PayPal and MoneyBookers, who both give the option of uploading funds by direct Bank Transfer.
