Use of subscriber's information
Our registration form requires you to give us contact information (your name and email address) and geographical information (country). This is only to identify you and give us an indication of where our clients are from.
The email address is needed to send you all confirmations, plus any music tracks that you may purchase. It is also used to log in to our website.
Updates from the SingLouder newsletter
By subscribing for updates from SingLouder, you will receive the latest news and information regarding special offers. We only send out these newsletters every month or so, and you can still unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
Competitions and campaigns
When you enter an SingLouder competition or other promotional offer, we may ask you to log in so we can administer the contest and notify winners.
Occasionally we ask you to email us with your opinion on a particular subject, and may publish a selection of these comments on our web site. However, if you advise us that you do not wish to have your comment and name published, we will not do so.
Site tracking

Payment by Credit Card
Your credit card details are sent to us via an industry standard encrypted connection, also used by Online Banking websites. These details are then immediately forwarded to SecPay Ltd - (
www.secpay.com), a credit card processor partnered with Barclays Bank of the UK. SecPay will authorise your card and let us know the result. We throw away any record of your credit details immediately, they will never be stored by us for any reason. You will need to re-enter your credit card details upon every new purchase from SingLouder.com.
Payment by PayPal and Moneybookers
When paying by one of these payment gateways, you are doing it directly via their own systems. SingLouder.com are then notified of any transactions which we will store for our information. For more detailed information about how your details are stored by these companies, please refer to the privacy policy on their websites.
Cookies
Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. SingLouder.com uses this to keep track of who you are. The cookie contains a unique identification number, which is sent to our server every time you load a page. We then reference this with our own database to see: 1) If you are logged in, 2) if you have added any songs to your shopping cart. This use of cookies is completely harmless, does not invade your privacy and is vital to the successful operation of our website.

SingLouder will never disclose information about a customer to any other person or organisation unless we are legally required to do so.
