Warranty / Returns
The format (GS, XG, or MP3) is clearly marked on every download page. It is the customer's responsibility to check the suitability of our products before purchasing, and evaluate the resulting sound on their equipment. A demo file for every format of every song is provided for this purpose.
We therefore do not supply our products on a 'Sale or Return' basis, and are unable to accept any MIDI files or backing tracks returned for credit or exchange unless supplied in error.
Song Choice, for clients with song credits remaining
SingLouder has changed the way in which purchasing songs works. These conditions are only relevant to those who still have 'song credits' on their account, most likely because they purchased them before we switched the system in September 2005.
These credits currently do not have an expiry date. They can be spent as long as the SingLouder.com website is operational. In the event of SingLouder ceasing to trade, all outstanding song credits shall be refunded.
SingLouder are not obliged to represent any particular song and/or any format. While we try to give a diverse range to our catalogue, and keep our paying customers happy, we will not be committed to any genre. Which song is made shall remain the choice of our sequencers.
If a song is needed urgently, it is suggested to contact SingLouder for a quote for a 'custom sequence'. Your existing song credits can be used to get a discount.
Restrictions of use
All songs are copyrighted and can be used for live use only. The use of SingLouder files to produce any commercial product including audio backing tapes, laser disks, Karaoke tapes or disks or printed music is strictly prohibited by law. Any purchaser is licensed the use of SingLouder files for live performance only and on one system. The purchaser is not authorised to trade, sell or give away any SingLouder files in any form.
